Fratelli Wines introduced their first wine in 2010. Fratelli Wines is the coming together of three sets of brothers; Andrea and Alessio Secci from Italy, Kapil and Gaurav Sekhri, and Ranjitsinh and Arjunsinh Mohite-Patil. The aim of Fratelli was to create a wine of international standards made in India and using the well established wine making traditions of Italy. Fratelli Wines grows all the grapes for all of their wines in wholly owned vineyards.
Fratelli’s vineyards are located in Akluj (Solapur District) and consist of 240 acres. Currently, the vineyards are planted with 12 different varieties of wine grapes from France which were used to make their first wine in 2010
Fratelli’s Winery is located in Motewadi (Solapur District) and has an “installed” capacity of approximately 600,000 litres. It is equipped with 58 multi-capacity tanks imported from Velo, Italy.
Fratelli has options for day visits and overnight stay packages of 2 and 3 days all of which are paid visits.
